Merry Christmas F45ers! Coaches Susie and Eman organised their inaugural Christmas event by hosting an incredible Archery Tag event here at The Ponds. These guys and girls were kinda scary... they didn't hold back! We stayed on the sideline for fear of getting a headshot from these fit.ass.peeps. What a day, they went hard all arvo and never gave up. Shout out to Josh for multiple ball shots. You all good now? :P Train hard, play harder! Merry Christmas guys!
