Deposit and Payments
Archery Games ™ accepts bookings for up to 1 year in advance only. Once a customer's Booking Form is completed online, a link to the group's event waiver form will be emailed to the customer with details for a deposit. Archery Games ™ requires a deposit of 10 players' fee to be paid to secure a standard Archery Games event, or 50% deposit to be paid to secure a Killer Kombat Package, Team Up Package or Bucks Party Package. The balance must be paid to Archery Games ™ 24 hours prior to the event start time.
The outstanding amount/fee is due to Archery Games ™ 24 hours prior to the event start time, either by Visa/Mastercard using the group's waiver link or EFT if agreed to by Archery Games ™. The outstanding amount is based on the number of players and time length of booking, minus the deposit received.
Travel to Events
Archery Games ™ is based in Glenwood, NSW 2768. The price per person does not include travel to events within the Sydney metropolitan area that are over 30 min drive away from our home ground at Glenwood. When events are booked at a location over 30 min away from our Glenwood home base, a travel fee applies. A discount may be applied if playing at our home ground at Glenwood.
Cancellation Policy
Archery Games ™ reserves the right to cancel an event at their discretion under reasonable circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by Archery Games ™ and its staff, the event's organiser/customer will be notified, and the event postponed if possible. Where it is not possible to postpone an event by either the customer or Archery Games ™, the full deposit/fee already paid will be refunded within 7 days.
In the event of the customer/group wishing to cancel an event, the following process will occur:
- Customer is to advise Archery Games ™ as soon as practicable by phone or email.
- If the customer provides 7 days or more notice to Archery Games ™, a full refund of the deposit will be given.
- If the customer provides less than 7 days' notice, the deposit/fee paid will not be refunded, unless the timeslot can be re-booked.
- If the customer cancels the booking on the day of the event, the deposit or total fee already paid will not be refunded.
External Event Site Access
Archery Games ™ requires access to an event site 1 hour prior to and following an event, to allow for set up and pack up time. One vehicle (Hiace van) will require access at each event.
The event site should be at least 12m x 24m plus a small extra area of 5m x 5m used for a marshalling area.
Archery Games ™ holds no responsibility for the permission or success of a site being used for an event. If the customer requests options of parks, reserves, indoor centres, tennis courts, etc. for an event, Archery Games ™ may suggest areas that may be suitable. It is the responsibility of the customer and/or their group to find and choose a location at which to host their event, and seek any permissions or payment required by councils, trusts, or other similar bodies.
It is the responsibility of the customer and their group to book and settle any fee or cost related to securing/hiring a venue such as tennis court, park, indoor court, etc.
Wet Weather Policy
Archery Games ™ events go ahead in light rain. In the event that weather appears to be inclement, Archery Games ™ will discuss with the customer whether they wish to postpone, change venue or cancel the event. In the week leading up to the event, Archery Games ™ will monitor the weather forecast and advise the customer, and discuss options of postponing, booking an indoor venue or cancelling the event if necessary. If the event cannot be postponed due to time restraints of the customer/group (e.g. being a buck's event before a wedding), Archery Games ™ may provide a refund of the deposit or any fee received.
During an event, if the weather is deemed to become unsafe, Archery Games ™ staff will liaise with the customer and together decide on postponing or cancelling the remainder of the event. If the event cannot be postponed, Archery Games ™ will refund the amount paid equal to the time remaining of the event.
License to use website
Unless otherwise stated, Archery Games ™ and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
