The Hills District Health & Fitness Experts come together to showcase the amazing variety of options for residents. Everything from indoor safe archery shooting, cycling centres, family martial arts, aerial yoga, to 24 hour gyms, physiotherapists and sportswear. This is a great range of health and fitness information in the one place. With a display every 30 minutes, and giveaways, there will be something for everyone.
The overall aim is to provide our Hills District community access to solutions that are suited to us! We will have some family focussed businesses, some that are suited to an older or younger age bracket, and those that cater to everyone.
Archery Games will be there with our S.A.F.E. (Students and Families Experiencing) Archery Inflatable Hoverball Range for everyone to have a go at experiencing archery in a safe environment. Come along and give it a try!
